Hardeep started his career in the construction industry 24 years ago working as a ground worker and being up-skilled up to a foreman. He created the first of its kind South Asian Mental Health, looking at how mental health affects people from different communities and in 2023 a proud winner of Highways Heroes Award for my work around mental health.
